Ngeringa Syrah presents a deep garnet hue, unveiling a bouquet of blackcurrant, cracked black pepper, and violets, underscored by hints of earthy forest floor. On the palate, this wine is both robust and elegant, with a velvety texture that carries flavors of ripe plum and dark chocolate, balanced by a vibrant acidity and fine-grained tannins. The finish is long and savory, with a whisper of dried herbs and a mineral edge. This Syrah exemplifies the cool-climate finesse of the Adelaide Hills, offering a compelling expression of varietal purity and regional character.

Kibaek
Robust and deep wine with a deep, intense color. The nose is driven by by intense garnet and Szechwan peppercorns, with hints of candied orange peel, rose, violet, and wood. The sensation is highlighted by stalky vegetal notes, followed by a spicy and atypical flavor profile that is both intense and memorable.

Ngeringa Syrah 2019 is robust with an intense garnet color. It features aromas of Szechwan peppercorns, candied orange peel, rose, and violet. While some appreciate its spicy and atypical flavor profile, others may find the stalky vegetal notes less appealing. Overall, it's a memorable wine with a deep, intense character.
