Rich and enticing wine with a compelling character, it unveiled new nuances with each successive sip. The nose is featured by incense and alpine spices, as the texture is marked by a rich fruit profile with delicate sweetness and a bracing acidity. The linger is cool, lifted, and elegantly refined, with a consistent symmetry of flavors.
Ignes Loeber
Rich, full-bodied wine with a deep, garnet hue, boasting a detailed bouquet of cherry and forest notes, augmented by delicate subtle flavors of hay and a nuance of earthy undertones. The taste is outlined by a well blended seamlessness of tannins and acidity, with a enjoyable finale that hangs pleasantly.
Lyddon
The Nervi Conterno is a masterclass in integration and restraint, with a clean, refined, and precise character that sets it apart from its peers. but the Valfera is more full-bodied and complex, with a richer, more nuanced profile, it is also more deep and assertive. The Valfera's soft flavors of bay leaf, spices, and fresh red cherries are a welcome respite from the tannins and acidity, which provide a firm foundation for the wine's structure. Overall, the Valfera is a compelling and impressive wine that is sure to please even the most discerning palates.
