Napa by N.A.P.A. Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Multi faceted and enticing wine that defies categorization. The sweetness of vanilla, cream, and milk chocolate is tempered by the warmth of cinnamon, licorice, and plum, creating a deep and mellow texture. The addition of raspberry, strawberry, and cherry adds a playful and fruity dimension, but the toast and cassis provide a elegant nuttiness. Meanwhile, the cream, butter, and yeast contribute a polished and creamy finish, leaving the sensation feeling dry and refined. As it ages, the wine develops a chalky, leathery, and oaky character, making it a truly unique and distinguished wine. Allow it to sit for 15-20 minutes before serving.

Well-balanced and smooth wine with a rich, inky fruit profile, featuring blackberry and black cherry notes, accompanied by a mellow and gentle finish.

The nose is a opulent tapestry of oak and hay, with a accent of sweetness and the faintest whisper of blackberries. The taste is a dense fruit, with a tannic quality that lingers, and a flavor that is fairly bland. It's a dream-like experience, one that feels like a refuge from the world, but one that is so fleeting that it's barely remembered. It's a moment of promise, a sanctuary from the stresses of everyday life, but one that is so ephemeral that it's hard to hold onto. It's a fleeting glimpse of something beautiful, but one that is lost in the darkness of the barn.
