Displaying a deep garnet hue, the Murdoch Hill Red Blend offers a captivating bouquet of blackcurrant, plum, and a hint of graphite, underscored by subtle notes of cedar and dried herbs. On the palate, this wine reveals a harmonious balance between its vibrant acidity and finely-grained tannins, creating a supple yet structured mouthfeel. The mid-palate is layered with flavors of ripe dark berries and a whisper of dark chocolate, leading to a long, elegant finish. This blend exemplifies the finesse and complexity characteristic of the Adelaide Hills, making it a compelling choice for connoisseurs.

Fabulous merit for money red wine, I highly recommend it.
Adley
Rich, full-bodied red blend (Cabernet Sauvignon 60%, Merlot 30%, Shiraz 10%) from the Adelaide Hills region, boasting a 15-year-old vineyard with a cool climate and 380m ASL elevation. The vineyard is situated near the Oakbank township, where the cool climate and well-drained soils contribute to the wine's complexity. The grapes were whole-bunch de-stemmed and extended maceration on skins for 2-4 weeks, followed by 10 months of aging in older French barriques. The result is a smooth and delicate wine with a deep, supple texture, featuring hints of raspberry, plum, soft pipe tobacco, black currant, black tea, and soft licorice, with a pleasing cocoa powder finish. A well-balanced and delightful wine, fitting for sipping on its own or pairing with a variety of dishes.
