Mount Peak Gravity 2020

Mount Peak Gravity is a rich, full-bodied wine with bold flavors of blackberry, plum, and oak. While some appreciate its complexity and depth, others find it too bold and lacking subtlety. The wine is often described as having a smooth texture with well-integrated tannins and a long finish. It pairs well with hearty dishes, though some suggest decanting to enhance its flavors.

Mount Peak Gravity is an exceptional wine that showcases the best of California's winemaking prowess. This full-bodied red blend offers a rich and concentrated palate, with layers of dark fruit, such as blackberry and plum, intermingled with hints of chocolate and spice. The tannins are well-integrated, providing a smooth and velvety texture that lingers on the palate. The wine's complexity is further enhanced by subtle notes of forest floor and cedar, adding depth and sophistication. With its impressive structure and balanced acidity, Mount Peak Gravity is a wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared for further development. It pairs beautifully with hearty dishes like grilled steak or braised lamb. Cheers!
