Robust and nuanced Chablis with a multitude of flavors, containing stone fruit, ripe green apple, pear, peach, and lemon. The wine is well-balanced, with a good concentration and a long, intense finish. The minerality is pronounced, with layers of butter, nuts, and oak barrel. The aftertaste is dry and chalky, with a lingering wet slate quality. Overall, a remarkable investment for the price.
Kellyt
Disappointing experience, not meeting expectations for a 1er Cru.
Aila Rygus
Balanced and elegant wine that offers impressive value for its price. The nuanced notes of lemon curd, lychee, and pineapple are expertly balanced, in contrast a trace of vanilla and cream adds strength and complexity. The aftertaste is silky and integrated, making it a captivating pairing for gentle fish like sea bream nigiri. A truly elite wine that is well worth the investment.
