Chardonnay with a undertone of oak, its complexity is elevated by the addition of kiwi and green apple notes, a slight zest that balances the richness. A delightful finish, and the pairing with a salami and pepperoni sandwich was a perfect match. The remaining bottle is now mine, and I'm pleased with the decision.
