Jafesson Palazolli
Restrained Pay D'Oc Cinsault with a light nose featuring suggestions of raspberries, melon, and a touch of spice. The impression is similarly understated, with suggestions of raspberry and peach emerging after a brief, gentle toasting. The wine's dryness is offset by refined acidity, but overall, it falls short of its potential. The color is a lovely salmon hue.
Damion
A delicate, delicate Rosé in the Provençal style, with a subtle, elegant character.
Firuz
Clean and zesty blend of cherries and lingonberry, with a brininess that lingers on the palate, leaving a delightful finish.
