Michel Magnien Fixin 2022

Rich and full-bodied Pinot Noir with a velvety structure and a deep, rich mouthfeel. The wine is bursting with flavor, with a pronounced tanginess and a fulfilling tannic structure. The hints are layered and nuanced, with a rich, jammy smoothness and a deep, concentrated color. The aromas are bold and intense, with a prominent brown sugar and red fruit note, as well as a trace of blackberry and a touch of orange marmalade. The lasting impression is long and satisfying, with a elegant minerality and a hint of tartness. This wine would pair well with a variety of dishes, offering roasted meats and rich, savory sauces.

Charming entry-level Cote de Nuits with a rich, earthy character. The nose is shaped by by layers of sour cherry and strawberry, with a whisper of rubber and spice. The palate is well-balanced, with a velvety structure and a medium-short aftertaste that highlights the wine's sweetness and complexity.

Sweet and spicy condiment made from cherry red fruit, mixed with berry jam and a accent of 5-spice powder, this product is a unique and curious addition to any meal or snack.
