G.Sang
Bright and clean blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillion, and Ribolla Gialla, with a nuance of fruitiness from Ryan's Vineyard and Bengier Vineyard. The wine is marked by a bright acidity, complemented by accents of white peach, lychee, and a understated stone fruitiness. The ending is clean and dry, with a touch of waxiness. A great introduction to the varietal, with a mellow and inviting style that pairs well with a variety of dishes. A relatively low ABV, making it a great standout for those looking for a lean and easy-drinking white wine. I look forward to tasting this vintage with more age on it to see how it evolves.
