Matteo Correggia Anthos presents a floral and fruity profile with notes of strawberry, cherry, and rose. While praised for its crisp acidity and elegant structure, some find it lacking in tannins or overly tart. Reviews highlight its refreshing quality and balanced sweetness-acidity, though opinions vary on its lingering finish.
A striking expression of Brachetto, the Matteo Correggia Anthos presents a vibrant ruby hue, unveiling an aromatic bouquet of wild strawberries, rose petals, and a whisper of white pepper. On the palate, it is delicately sweet yet impeccably balanced, with a refreshing acidity that enlivens its floral and red berry core. The wine's light tannins provide a gentle grip, leading to a lingering finish that echoes with hints of dried herbs and a subtle minerality. This is a beautifully crafted wine, offering a unique take on the varietal, ideal for those seeking an elegant, aromatic red.
