The Mastroberardino Nova Serra Greco di Tufo is an exceptional white wine from the Campania region of Italy. On the nose, it offers a bouquet of ripe citrus fruits, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with hints of tropical fruits and floral notes. These aromas are complemented by a subtle minerality, which adds complexity to the wine. The citrus flavors continue to dominate, with additional notes of pear and green apple. The wine has a long and persistent finish, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. It pairs wonderfully with seafood dishes, such as grilled fish or shellfish, as well as light pasta dishes and fresh salads. Its vibrant acidity also makes it a great choice for pairing with creamy cheeses.

The nose is dominated by a mix of apple and pear, with whispers of floral notes. The tasting is medium-bodied, with a rich, mineral-driven profile that expresses the wine's volcanic minerality. The linger is long and satisfying, with a briny quality that lingers. The wine's age has mellowed the flavors, but it still retains a buttery texture. The 2016 vintage is now 6 years old, and the 2022 release is a testament to the wine's enduring quality.

The nose is a dense tapestry of gravel, wet stone, and spices, with a undertone of pear. The mouthfeel is a balanced marriage of bold fruit and acidity, with a firm and fresh finish. Green apples, mineral veins, and a subtle trace of white pepper add dimension and complexity. This wine is an excellent pick for grilled fish, and its quality is evident in the excellent quality rating @mastroberardinowinery #grecoditufo #campania #summer2022
Daphane
Complex and enticing wine with a floral and green apple character, seamless by a chalky minerality and a dry finish. The tartness is medium, and the trail is medium in length.
