Well-crafted rosé from Languedoc, crafted outside of any specific appellation, is a crisp and comforting option.

Soft and crisp sparkling wine with a elegant nose of rose petal, strawberry, and cherry, paired by bracing and light suggestions of green apple and pear. The zest is bracing and clean, with a touch of stone minerality. The tail is short but pleasant, making it a right pick for a celebratory toast.

Rich, full-bodied wine with a concentrated red hue, its substantial flavor profile complements the bold, savory taste of beef surprisingly well.

This delightful wine from Mas de Daumas Gassac is a Frizant Mousseux Rosé that is bursting with aromas of fresh raspberries and cherries. On the palate, it is light and refreshing with a pleasant sweetness and a hint of minerality. Its effervescent mousse adds to its complexity. Enjoy it chilled as an aperitif or with light dishes.
