This Prosecco presents with a pale straw hue, its effervescence fine and persistent. The nose is an intricate tapestry of green apple, white peach, and subtle elderflower, underscored by a delicate yeasty complexity from extended lees contact. On the palate, it is bone-dry, showcasing a precise mineral backbone and vibrant acidity that cuts through the creamy mousse. The finish is crisp and lingering, with a whisper of almond and citrus zest. This Brut Nature exemplifies the Valdobbiadene terroir, offering a refined expression of Prosecco's potential for elegance and depth.

We are 50+ wine professionals (sommeliers, buyers, MW candidates) across the US, UK, France, Greece, Italy, and beyond. We review wines via blind tastings with a standardized rubric, using both 100-point and 5-star scales.

Marsuret's Sui Lieviti Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Brut Nature is crafted in the heart of the Valdobbiadene region, renowned for its steep, sun-drenched vineyards. This sparkling wine is made from Glera grapes, harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve their natural acidity. The 'Sui Lieviti' method involves leaving the wine on its lees, enhancing texture and complexity without the addition of sugar, resulting in a Brut Nature style. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, maintaining a fresh, crisp profile with delicate notes of green apple and citrus, ideal for those who appreciate a dry, mineral-driven Prosecco.
