This Verdicchio presents a luminous straw-yellow hue, indicative of its vibrant character. The nose is an intricate tapestry of white peach, almond blossom, and a hint of saline minerality, a hallmark of its coastal terroir. On the palate, it reveals a poised structure, with a crisp, linear acidity that underscores flavors of green apple and citrus zest. The mid-palate is enriched by a subtle, creamy texture, leading to a finish marked by a whisper of bitter almond and a touch of flinty minerality. This wine exemplifies the quintessential elegance and finesse of Verdicchio from the Castelli di Jesi region.

Falo
A racy and crisp wine with a pale lemon color, blended by a medium aroma of lemon, slate, and apple. The dry freshness cuts through the richness, though the medium body and hints of lemon, pear, and wet stones provide a sense of freshness. The tail is short but pleasant, leaving a lasting impression.
Shardad
The impression of mushrooms on the nose is a clear indication of the wine's earthy and umami undertones.
Topish
Zesty and crisp wine with a nose that combines the sweetness of pear and lemon with the brightness of lime and a dash of floral blossom, accompanied by a light body and a drinkable finish.

Marchetti Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi is praised for its crisp, zesty character with notes of lemon, pear, and lime. While some appreciate its earthy, umami undertones, others find it light and lacking in lasting impression. The wine's floral and mineral qualities are highlighted, with a short but pleasant finish. It's considered a good value, embodying the region's style.
