Kouessan Kimben

Well-balanced and zesty wine, with a robust and juicy structure that has mellowed with time. The profiles of ripe fruit, comprising peaches, nectarines, and honey, are still present, but have mellowed slightly, with a hint of baked fruit and a mellow finish. The crispness is still present, but has taken on a slightly tired quality, which may detract from the wine's bracing and lively character. Overall, a fantastic comparison to the 2021 vintage, but with a slightly softer edge.

Steewy

Subtle and refreshing soave with a sharp acidity, presenting a bold and intricate flavor profile that stands out from more common soave varieties. The wine's gentle whispers of apricot honey and oak add layers and nuance, making it a compelling selection for those desiring a sophisticated and delicate consuming experience.

Gerusa

Voluptuous and full-bodied wine with a layered yellow color, highlighted by a low freshness level. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, bringing those featuring dried fish, egg, and other savory elements.
