WINE DESCRIPTION
Tenuta la Marchesa Etichetta Oro is a delicate, mineral-driven white wine produced from the Cortese grape, grown in the Gavi appellation in Piedmont, Northwest Italy. After harvest, the grapes are pressed and undergo a cool fermentation using temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, before being aged for around 6 months in steel to harmonise without imparting oak spice. The resulting wine pairs perfectly with fish dishes, but can also work as a refreshing aperitif.
