Maisey
Bold and tannic wine with rich ruby color and medium to high acidity. When I describe it as powerful, I mean that it's so overpowered that the plot of the meal becomes nonsensical. The wine is controlled by by opaque fruit and jam, with intense and bitter oak notes. I would recommend it for cellar storage, as it will only improve over time. However, I would advise pairing it with bold meats, such as bolognese or zrazy wołowe, to equilibrium out the flavors. I would not recommend it with pasta puttanesca or mozzarella toasts, as they overwhelm the dish.
