This Langhe Favorita offers balanced textures with citrus and melon aromas, complemented by gentle effervescence and a smooth body. While appreciated for its delicate sweetness and notes of vanilla/stone fruits, opinions vary on intensity, with some finding it refined while others describe it as introductory. Its versatility pairs well with soft cheeses and light dishes.
