The olives have a distinct, earthy undertone, even as the cassis and black currant hints add a fruity dimension. The black licorice hint adds a gentle depth, making this a good cost effectiveness for its price.
Fuseau
Intricate and intriguing aroma profile, with a dominant structure of bitter and acidic layers that overwhelm the senses, leaving a resonant mark of tobacco, black cherry, leather, smoke, and oak.
Arnaudy
Well-balanced Chilean red wine with a measured body and a refreshing acidity. The nose reveals a nuanced herbal character, with notes of black cherry, red fruit, and a smoky undertone. The taste is well-structured, with a smooth body and a follow through that lingers. This wine pairs nicely with a variety of dishes, including chorillana. It's a outstanding option for those looking for a reliable and amiable red wine.

Maitia Roto Cabernet Sauvignon offers a mix of experiences. While some appreciate its rich, fruity flavors with notes of black cherry, cassis, and chocolate, others find it dominated by bitter and acidic layers. The wine is often described as smooth and well-balanced, with a notable earthy undertone. It pairs well with various dishes, making it a versatile choice, though opinions on its complexity vary.
Inky and profound, the Maitia Roto Cabernet Sauvignon unfurls with a bouquet of blackcurrant, graphite, and a whisper of cedar, indicative of its varietal purity and regional expression. The palate is a masterclass in balance, with firm, well-integrated tannins providing a robust framework for layers of dark plum, cassis, and a hint of crushed herbs. A vibrant acidity underscores the wine's structure, leading to a persistent finish with nuances of dark chocolate and a touch of minerality. This wine exemplifies the finesse and depth expected from a distinguished Cabernet Sauvignon, promising both immediate pleasure and potential for graceful aging.
