Stephen
The antithesis of Friulano, boasting a high acidity and low alcohol content, during also boasting a refreshing crispness and a sharp, snappy quality that cuts through the richness of the dish. Its citrus and apple whispers are a perfect match for the light, lean, and salty notes of the ham.
Brielle
Dry and salty wine with a shelfish and seebass character, but ultimately falls short of its full potential.
Gilmeri
Classy and elegant pairing of flavors, with honeysuckle and peach nuances that unfold on the nose, followed by a elegant symmetry of citrus and stone fruit on the palate, culminating in a decadent and gratifying finish.

Lenuzza Ribolla Gialla is praised for its high acidity, refreshing crispness, and elegant flavors. While some appreciate its citrus and apple notes, others enjoy its honeysuckle and peach nuances. However, it may fall short of its full potential for some. The wine is described as dry and salty, making it a good match for seafood and light dishes.
This Ribolla Gialla presents a pale straw hue with a delicate green tinge, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. On the nose, it offers an intricate bouquet of white peach, lemon zest, and a hint of elderflower, underscored by a subtle minerality. The palate is a testament to its Friulian origins, showcasing a lively acidity that frames the wine's medium body, while flavors of green apple and quince unfold with precision. A whisper of almond on the finish adds a layer of complexity, making this an exemplary expression of Ribolla Gialla's potential for elegance and finesse.
