Le Paradou Cinsault

Le Paradou Cinsault is praised for its crisp, clean palate and citrusy brightness, making it a delightful choice for pairing with dishes like chicken. While some enjoy its fruit-forward profile with cherry and cranberry notes, others find it lacks nuance and structure. The wine is noted for its polished elegance and subtle spicy finish, appealing to those who appreciate a straightforward, uncomplicated red.

The 2021 Le Paradou Cinsault presents a luminous ruby hue, indicative of its youthful vibrancy. On the nose, it offers an enticing bouquet of red currant and wild strawberry, underscored by subtle hints of lavender and garrigue, characteristic of its Provençal origin. The palate is elegantly structured, with a silky texture and a refreshing acidity that enlivens the red fruit core. Delicate notes of white pepper and a whisper of dried herbs add complexity, leading to a clean, mineral-driven finish. This wine exemplifies the finesse and approachability of Cinsault from the southern Rhône.
