This Laurenz V. Singing Grüner Veltliner is a great example of the variety’s signature character. Aromas of ripe citrus, green apple, white pepper, and wet stone are complemented by a lively mineral acidity and a hint of almond. On the palate, the wine is fresh and lively, showing flavors of citrus, green apple, white pepper, and wet stone, all wrapped in a creamy texture. The finish is long, with a lingering mineral note. A great choice for a crisp, refreshing white wine.

The nose is centered around by the herbaceous and floral accents of thyme, with suggestions of melon and lemon grass adding a bracing quality. The profile is similarly characterized, with a sweet and tart melon flavor giving way to a clean and green apple note, before a gummy green apple finish.

Pleasant, casual wine with a sweet peach and floral note, graceful by a bright citrus and a dash of minerality. The body is light-medium, but the tartness is too low, which may detract from the overall character. though it's not a standout, it's a solid, everyday wine that won't disappoint. It's a good premium for those expecting a refreshing, easy-drinking option.

Laurenz V. Singing Grüner Veltliner is praised for its vibrant citrus and mineral notes, balanced acidity, and refreshing qualities. While some enjoy its floral and fruity aromas, others find it lacks the characteristic white pepper. The wine is versatile, pairing well with seafood and light dishes, but some vintages are noted for being too sweet or lacking depth.
