Keep Ahiadorme
This Laurent-Perrier brut rosé champagne is a standout. The color is a rich, dense terracotta hue. The nose is a fascinating blend of raspberry, mint, and salt, with delicate mineral undertones. The texture is a masterful symmetry of strawberry, raspberry, star anise, cardamom, and lemon, with a enjoyable tartness. though it's a close rival to Veuve Clicquot, it falls just short in terms of all around complexity and finish. A worthwhile indulgence for those searching for a polished rosé.

Still superb. A stunning salmon hue. The nose is red fruit, brioche, and strawberry shortcake, with a lovely cohesion of aromas. The profile is complemented by brilliant acidity and a dry, long finish. The mousse is sublime. Paired with a fresh porcini and black truffle risotto, it was a truly exceptional combination. The champagne added creaminess and nuance to the truffles. I highly recommend it.
