Horatia
Concentrated and velvety texture, steady body, and a light intensity of tannins and acidity, with a textured interplay of deep fruit and pepper accents that linger on the palate. The mid-palate is marked by a bolder black cherry, which gradually gives way to spicy layers and a trace of baking spice. The ultimately backbone is well-balanced, with a satisfying intensity that is tempered by a measured finale that draws out the pepper and spices. A cohesive blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mataro, with a supple and accessible finish. 14.5% ABV.
