Lake Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon is praised for its rich, full-bodied character and complex flavors, featuring notes of black cherry, plum, and oak. While many appreciate its smooth texture and well-balanced tannins, some find certain vintages lacking in depth. The wine pairs well with red meats, offering a satisfying experience for most drinkers, though a few reviews mention a slightly chalky finish.
