Lail Vineyards Blueprint Cabernet Sauvignon is celebrated for its full-bodied richness, featuring deep fruit flavors like blackberry and plum, complemented by chocolate, oak, and spice. While many praise its smooth, velvety texture and long finish, some find it slightly tart or astringent. Its well-integrated tannins and aging potential make it a favorite among Napa Cab enthusiasts, though its high price may deter some.
This Lail Vineyards Blueprint Cabernet Sauvignon is a stunningly structured and balanced wine. It features a dark ruby color with a nose of blackcurrant, cedar, and cigar box. On the palate, intense black fruit is complemented by hints of espresso and dark chocolate. The tannins are firm yet supple and provide a smooth, velvety texture. The finish is long and complex, with lingering notes of mocha and spice. A truly exceptional wine that pairs well with grilled meats and hard cheeses.
