La Serena Gemini Brunello di Montalcino Riserva 2019

Rich, polished Brunello with a bold garnet hue, echoing of a Petite Syrah. The taste is powered by by flavors of elderberry, leather, and smoke, with a elegant cherry undertone. The smooth, rounded mouthfeel is seamlessly graceful by a gratifying tannic bite, evoking the Sangiovese grape tradition. A short, delightful aftertaste leaves a pleasant impression. A well-crafted Brunello that is sure to please. A worthy addition to any wine collection. A second Brunello is highly recommended. Enjoyed immensely. Highly recommended for those exploring a classic Tuscan experience.

Returning from a late Canada Day party, I'm feeling drained and in need of a good night's rest.

Intense and evolved wine with a deep, mellow structure and a rich, concentrated color. The flavor profile is full-bodied and layered, with a sense of profoundness and layers that is characteristic of high-quality wines.
