Kleanthis
The nose is a dimensional tapestry of roasted pepper, cherry, basil, and tomato, with a whisper of salami and plum. The impression is dry, with a sharp freshness that cuts through the richness, accompanied by a medium body and balanced to strong tannins. The profiles unfold with a lush cherry and raspberry, leather, cigar, and tomato sauce, leaving a satisfying finish.
Diemmy
Well blended blend of soft and spicy elements, with a vibrant finish that leaves a long impression. The wine's well-balanced structure is a testament to its polished nature, with a silky and rounded conclusion that is both soothing and satisfying.
L/L
Rich, round consistency with a deep, opaque red hue. A well-rounded nose of deep fruit, with undertones of cherry, strawberry, and plum, harmonious by the gentle tang of balsamic vinegar and a touch of smokiness. High crispness and firm tannins provide a rewarding grip, during the tasting is refreshed by a soft licorice and menthol note. The finish is long and satisfying, leaving a soft salivation sensation.

La Sala Chianti Classico Riserva is praised for its rich cherry, plum, and raspberry flavors, often complemented by notes of leather, chocolate, and oak. While some appreciate its balanced tannins and smooth finish, others note a higher alcohol content. The wine's vibrant nose and full-bodied nature are consistent highlights, though the alcohol level may be slightly elevated for some.
This Chianti Classico Riserva offers a captivating interplay of boldness and refinement. The 90% Sangiovese brings structure and vibrancy, complemented by the 10% Cabernet Sauvignon's touch of richness. Its velvety texture and well-integrated oak create a harmonious balance. On the palate, expect a sophisticated depth that reflects the vineyard's mineral-rich terroir. Pair this wine with traditional Tuscan dishes like wild boar ragù or pappardelle al cinghiale. It also shines alongside grilled ribeye steaks, roasted lamb, or aged Pecorino cheese. For lighter options, consider wild mushroom risotto or herbed chicken. This versatile wine elevates any meal, making it a must-have for lovers of elegant, food-friendly reds.
