I decided to use it for cooking, and it performed admirably.

A full-bodied white wine can indeed be a intense and complex experience, with tastes that are both fruity and sweet. though it may not be to everyone's taste, it can be a impressive value for the price.

Refined and elegant Pinot Grigio with a gentle character of peach and citrus, accompanied by a racy and zesty finish. Its refreshing tanginess and clean structure make it a perfect pairing for a variety of dishes.

What the web is saying

La Fiera Pinot Grigio is praised for its refreshing, zesty, and crisp character, with notes of citrus, apple, and pear. While some appreciate its light body and clean finish, others find it too subdued or lacking complexity. It pairs well with various dishes and offers good value, though opinions on its intensity and depth vary.

This La Fiera Pinot Grigio is an excellent example of the classic Italian varietal. On the nose, it offers aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus blossom, with subtle hints of honey and almond. On the palate, it is light-bodied and crisp, with flavors of lemon and green apple, balanced by a bright acidity and a hint of minerality. The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering notes of citrus and honey. Enjoy this delightful white wine as an aperitif, or with light seafood dishes.
