La Colline Aux Fossiles Chardonnay 2024

Bracing and bright wine with a clear and light yellow color. Its aromas are marked by the structure of green apple and gooseberry, which are both subtle and delicate. The wine is dry and has a gentle level of acidity, with a soft and silky texture. The tones are light and nuanced, with a focus on apple, pear, and apricot, which are all well-balanced and harmonious. Overall, this wine is a masterclass in harmony and refinement, with a silky conclusion that lingers pleasantly.

Lively and zesty wine with a citrusy and bright character, featuring a pineapple-green mango and lemon peel note that adds a delightful tropical twist to the classic chardonnay style.

The sophisticated and compelling combination of minerals, citrus, and butter, with the nuanced nuances of lavender and a wisp of tea nose, creates a truly unique and captivating experience.
