Kumeu River Village Chardonnay 2025

Kumeu River Village Chardonnay is praised for its lively citrus and green apple notes, balanced minerality, and subtle oak influence. While some find it rich and full-bodied, others feel it lacks depth. The wine's zesty and refreshing character makes it a versatile pairing for various dishes, though its complexity and finish are debated. A solid choice for those seeking a vibrant, approachable Chardonnay.

This Kumeu River Village Chardonnay is a classic New Zealand Chardonnay, boasting aromas of ripe peach, nectarine, and citrus zest. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a creamy texture, and flavors of tropical fruits, honey, and toasted oak. The finish is long and lingering, with hints of spice and mineral notes. Enjoy this balanced and flavorful Chardonnay on its own or pair it with seafood and white-fleshed fish.
