Pekelew
Layered and engaging wine with a rich, woody texture that is harmonious by understated floral and herbal notes. However, the tannins overpower the other flavors, rendering the wine unbalanced and lacking depth. The nose is controlled by by layers of cherries, wet leaves, and faintly oak, as the tongue is shaped by a palette of rose petals, prunes, and soft herbs like thyme and earth. while it has potential, the tannins make it difficult to fully appreciate the wine's complexity.
