This crystalline Silvaner from Keller presents a luminous straw hue, revealing a bouquet of white peach, green apple, and subtle elderflower, underscored by a mineral flintiness. On the palate, it is impeccably structured, showcasing a vibrant acidity that harmonizes with its medium body, delivering a precise and linear mouthfeel. The wine's complexity unfolds with notes of quince and a hint of almond, leading to a lingering, saline finish. Exemplifying the quintessential Rheinhessen style, this Silvaner is a testament to Keller's mastery, offering both immediate appeal and potential for short-term cellaring.

Bairan Albouys
Refined and lively wine with a nuanced sweetness, its peach and vanilla accents are expertly balanced, and yet the citrus freshness adds a lively touch. The CO2 is bright and refreshing, but the aftertaste is long and easy-going, with a dryness that stays pleasantly.
Dubouis
Racy and bracing dry Riesling beautifully complements the gentle tones of the hake dish, with subtle undertones of white flowers and citrus suggestions that enhance the all around dining experience.
Catalano
Decent first purchase in Berlin, but with room for refinement.

Keller Grüner Silvaner trocken is praised for its vibrant and zesty character, featuring citrus, green apple, and pear notes. While some appreciate its balanced minerality and refreshing finish, others find it lacks depth. The wine pairs well with seafood and Asian dishes. Its dry and crisp profile is complemented by subtle floral and herbal undertones, making it a versatile choice for various palates.
