Keever Sauvignon Blanc

Keever Sauvignon Blanc is praised for its refreshing, lean profile with citrus and tropical fruit notes. While some appreciate its balance and subtle oak, others find it too oaky, reminiscent of a New World Chardonnay. The wine is generally seen as vibrant and approachable, though a few have encountered quality inconsistencies. It's well-suited for warm weather and pairs well with light dishes.

The Keever Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley presents a captivating sensory journey. On the nose, it greets with an inviting blend of elderflower and white peach, interwoven with fragrant orange blossom and zesty citrus notes. Underlying hints of salinity and minerality evoke the essence of oceanic breezes, adding a nuanced depth. On the palate, a harmonious fusion of vanilla and citrus unfolds, reminiscent of pavlova delicately infused with pineapple and fresh kiwi, creating a balanced interplay of flavors. The wine's creamy texture enhances its floral character, persisting through the mid-palate with elegance. A finale of ripe, refreshing acidity lingers, leaving a lasting impression. Pair this Sauvignon Blanc with seafood delicacies like grilled prawns or oysters Rockefeller to complement its vibrant profile. While enjoyable now, its structure suggests potential for graceful aging if cellared appropriately.
