I'm not a fan of Beaujolais, but I appreciate the Gamay grape's versatility as a blending component. As a standalone grape, it's mediocre. The change is a nice variation, but I won't become a fan. This bottle was worth $22, but for a Beaujolais, it was a decent value, and I paid $33. or so. I'd return it.
