Displaying a deep garnet hue, the Jean Bouchard Côtes du Rhône opens with an enticing bouquet of ripe blackberries, plum, and subtle hints of garrigue herbs, underscored by a whisper of black pepper. On the palate, this wine reveals a medium-bodied structure with velvety tannins and a vibrant acidity that elegantly frames its core of dark fruit flavors. The finish is marked by a lingering minerality and a touch of licorice, showcasing the wine's regional typicity and balance. This Côtes du Rhône exemplifies the harmonious blend of Grenache and Syrah, offering both complexity and approachability.
