Hauck
Robust and full-bodied wine with a sophisticated flavor profile, featuring whispers of green apple, yellow pear, and chalk, consistent by a whisper of oyster shells. The close is mellow and refreshing, with a subtle minerality. A well-balanced and comforting wine, with a good deal for its price.
Laykyn
A intricate and captivating nose with citrus and brioche notes, accompanied by almond undertones.
Koulou
Masterful expression of the region's terroir, demonstrating the unique characteristics of chalky soils in Cotes des Blanc. The wine's refreshing zest and fine bubbles are impeccably smooth by a nose of fresh, green apple and citrus notes, though the sensation remains elegant and refined, with a clear emphasis on the wine's clarity and purity. A delightful and lean Chardonnay, with a lovely finish.
