Consistent blend of flavors, with a fruity undertone, makes for a well-rounded pairing with a variety of dishes, importantly those featuring beef.

What the web is saying

Inama Azienda Agricola Carmenérè Piu is praised for its rich, full-bodied profile with notes of black fruit, spices, and a smooth finish. While many appreciate its balance and complexity, some find it lacks the bright notes typical of Carmenere. The wine's tannins are often described as well-integrated, contributing to a pleasant drinking experience, though a few reviews mention a need for decanting to enhance its flavors.

This Carmenérè Piu from Inama Azienda Agricola is a stunningly crafted white wine. On the nose, this wine displays aromas of citrus, white flowers, and a hint of minerality. The palate is full-bodied, with a creamy texture and a vibrant acidity. The flavors are reminiscent of green apples, lemon zest, and hints of honey. The finish is clean and long, with a lovely balance between fruit and acidity. Enjoy this wine with fresh seafood dishes, or as an aperitif.
