Andrew's birthday celebration was a sophisticated affair, with a ideally grilled steak au poivre as the centerpiece. The dish was expertly prepared, with a generous serving of peppercorn-crusted steak served with a voluptuous demiglace and a side of garlic mashed potatoes.
Eksith Cloff
Intense and full-bodied Brunello with a bold and dimensional character, unveiling a seamless evenness of cherry, leather, oak, and plum notes.

Il Palazzone Brunello di Montalcino is praised for its rich, full-bodied character, with notes of cherry, leather, and oak. Many appreciate its smooth texture and elegant tannins, while some find it more acidic. The wine is noted for its aging potential and harmonious balance, making it a favorite for pairing with rich foods. However, one review noted a less favorable experience with an older vintage.
