Il Casato Red Blend presents a deep garnet hue, indicative of its robust character. The nose unfolds with a sophisticated bouquet of ripe blackberries, blackcurrant, and a hint of violet, underscored by subtle notes of cedar and forest floor, suggesting judicious oak aging. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with velvety tannins providing a firm backbone. Flavors of dark plum and cherry are interwoven with nuances of dark chocolate and earthy undertones, leading to a long, harmonious finish. This blend exemplifies the finesse and depth typical of its region, offering both immediate appeal and aging potential.
