The wine's low alcohol content was its remarkable feature for me.
Sonj
Evolved and captivating blend of quince and pear, with a soft wisp of lemon zest and a fresh herbal note, that I thoroughly enjoyed, best served chilled, even when served warm.

This Ribolla Gialla offers an elegant balance of citrus, pear, and mineral notes with refreshing acidity. While praised for its subtle herbal undertones and clean finish, some find the tartness pronounced or note ambiguous earthy tones. Its lower alcohol content appeals to those seeking lighter wines.
I Clivi Ribolla Gialla enchants with its finely aromatic profile, offering delicate floral nuances and zesty citrus energy. On the palate, it delivers a dynamic balance of bright, persistent acidity and a savory, saline finish, embodying the essence of its maritime-influenced terroir. This wine’s vibrant character makes it a versatile pairing partner. It shines alongside seafood like oysters, prawns, or scallops, but its fresh, dry style also complements creamy risottos, grilled vegetables, or light pasta dishes with lemon-based sauces. A perfect choice for an alfresco lunch or a refined dinner, I Clivi Ribolla Gialla adds sophistication and intrigue to any table.
