Hunky Dory Sauvignon Blanc has a pale straw hue with green reflections. The nose exhibits intense aromas of tropical fruits such as passionfruit, pineapple, and guava. These fruity notes are complemented by hints of citrus, particularly grapefruit, which adds a zesty and invigorating element to the wine. The palate is crisp and lively, with a lean texture and sharp acidity balanced by tropical fruit flavors and a pungent herbaceousness. The finish is clean and dry, leaving a refreshing sensation on the palate.

This exceptional Sauvignon Blanc originates from one of my most cherished wineries in Marlborough. This small, eco-friendly winery produces a diverse range of high-quality wines under two distinct labels, Huia and Hunky Dory. The fruit-forward blend of tropical fruit, gooseberry, and lime yields a refreshing, dry, and zesty style typical of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. A truly top notch wine.
