Himank
Aged for 13 years, the 2011 vintage was met with mixed reviews, but the quality of the producers' efforts was evident. The cork was dry and crumbly, but a gentle twist was sufficient to release it. The wine's dark fruit tastes and firm tannins were well-balanced, with a elegant integration of oak, chocolate, and a touch of sweetness. The aftertaste was refined and satisfying, with a lingering aftertaste of caramel.
Muret
Intense and full-bodied wine with a complex and modern character, aged for 19 months in 85% new French oak. A profound purple color with many legs, with a nose that unfolds with medium+ aromas of blueberries, blackberries, tobacco, licorice, earth, coffee, and herbs. The red has a medium+ freshness and polished tannins, with a medium+ body and 14.8% ABV. Pronounced tones of black cherries, blackberries, and sweet spices.
Slavick
Decadent and intricate wine with a deep, round core, matched by a nuanced scent of concentrated fruit, spices, and elegant herbal notes. The profile is firm and refined, with a unified balance of freshness and tannins, yielding to a delightful aftertaste with toasted oak undertones.
