The 2020 Hinojosa Don Silvestre Malbec presents a deep, inky purple hue, indicative of its concentrated nature. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet of ripe blackberries, plums, and a hint of violet, underscored by subtle notes of dark chocolate and a whisper of cedar. The palate is robust and full-bodied, showcasing velvety tannins and a well-integrated acidity that provides balance and lift. Layers of black fruit and a touch of spice unfold gracefully, leading to a long, satisfying finish. This Malbec exemplifies the elegance and power characteristic of premium Argentinian expressions.

Ennjay
Wine with a dry, semi-sweet profile that may appeal to those looking for a subtle, easy-drinking option. The flavor profile is dominated by sour and dry notes, with a lack of pronounced wood or fruit flavors. This wine could pair well with a variety of dishes, notably those featuring acidic ingredients. The impression of chokecherry and other sour fruit layers adds strength to the in summary taste experience.
