Kohji Yodchyk
A delightful Saturday evening started with this French Cremant Rosé bubbly. The cork popped open with a pleasing sound, and we likely lost a quarter glass. We're not sure why that occurred, but we were pleased with what we received. The glass contained pinky salmon, mouse, raspberry, and yeast on the nose. The mouthfeel was a harmonious blend of strawberry, raspberry, peach, cranberry, citrus, and cream. The 3.8-star rating is a testament to the altogether quality of this wine.
