Lively and refreshing wine with a zesty lime and rockmelon character, blended by a lively brightness and subtle minerality. The finish is clean and well-balanced, with a suggestion of residual sweetness. A enjoyable and friendly wine that pairs well with lighter fare, such as grilled meats or salads. Enjoy with a slice of melon and a sprinkle of Parma.

Henri Bourgeois Grande Réserve Sancerre Blanc displays a bright, clear pale yellow color. The nose is a vibrant bouquet of citrus fruits like lemon and grapefruit, complemented by green apple, pear, and distinctive flinty notes - a signature of Sancerre's terroir. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing, with a lively acidity that highlights its citrus and green fruit flavors. The minerality is pronounced, adding complexity and depth to the wine. The finish is long and clean, with a refreshing aftertaste of citrus and a subtle herbaceous quality.
