This HDV Ygnacia Pinot Noir has a deep ruby hue and a nose of ripe, juicy red fruits like raspberries and cherries, along with a hint of earthiness. On the palate, the wine is surprisingly smooth and lush, with a core of vibrant acidity that lifts the flavors of sweet oak, baking spices, and ripe berries. The finish is long and persistent, with subtle notes of forest floor and leather. Overall, this is a complex and deliciously balanced Pinot Noir.
