Elegant blend of Pinot Noir and Rhône red, with a medium fruit-forward profile and light tannins. The earthy and peppery undertones of south-central France add richness and complexity, making it a fantastic pairing for a variety of dishes, including gougeres and chicken. The bouillabaisse, a classic Provençal stew, is also a appropriate match.
