Grove Mill Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Vibrant, golden glow in the glass, with a lively appearance that belies its layered character. The legs are long and slender, with a understated sheen that suggests a high level of sophistication. The nose is tart and intense, with a strong citrus impression that's both lively and invigorating. The impression is shaped by by a bold citrus fruit flavor, notably lemon, which is expertly refined by a touch of sweetness. The follow through is long and satisfying, with a nuanced undertone of honey that adds profoundness and nuance to the ultimately experience.

Perfect pairing for a casual lunch, this zesty white wine is a stonking match for a light meal. The pear, green apple, and grass whispers complement the salmon nicely, while the minerals add a bright touch. The tart tail is well-balanced and satisfying. A amazing merit for the price.
